Kaliwo was one of the five top national executive members who recently wrote the party’s leader Lazarus Chakwera accusing him of flouting supreme laws of the country’s oldest political grouping.

And a twist of events, youth in the party have deliverd a petition demanding that the forth coming NEC meeting should resolve to fire Kaliwo, describing him as ‘Nkholokolo’ meaning a sell-out or betrayer.

The youth, under the leadership of Ishmael Onani further accused Kaliwo of incompetency.

Receiving the petition on behalf of Dr Lazrus Chakwera, deputy Secretary General Eisenhower Mkaka says president of the party will look into their demands and promise to act on them.

Recently some MCP Members of Parliament also recommended the dismissal of Gustav Kaliwo.
