A mammoth crowd gathered to hear what the DPP has delivered and is to offer in the next five years.
Speaking at Mwamukumbwa and Chitipa Boma on Thursday, Chimulirenji pledged to work with people in rural areas to make sure that their needs are attended to. On People's welfare he mentioned of striking a balance. He said the DPP government in five years to come is going to make sure that life is balanced for all people in rural and urban areas.
Furthermore, he reminded people in the district to assess for themselves on what the party has delivered to Malawians. He cited developments such as Community Technical Colleges and stable supply of electricity just to mention a few.
"Chitipa, being the border district of Zambia and Tanzania, needs development, because it is an entry point to Malawi, hence the need to develop it," said Chimulirenji.
In his remarks Senior Chief Kameme and other Traditional leaders, said they are grateful for the development the DPP led Government has brought to the area in the name of electricity, Mobile phone Network (Airtel) and other countless developments he could not exhaust from the list.
The traditional leader made an assurance that Chitipa North is for DPP because the President doesn't favour distribution of developments in the country and his territory is one of the beneficiaries.
On his part DPP Shadow MP for the North Nickson Masebo said the DPP Manifesto has covered everything Malawians need hence need for people to vote DPP back into power.
Chitipa Central Shadow MP, Clement Fukumere Mkumbwa, said the DPP Government has delivered a lot of developments, that qualifies the President to continue ruling Malawi.
Chimulirenji is accompanied by Deputy Minister Of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining, Werani Chirenga and Regional Governor For the North Kenneth Sanga among others.
