The Court in Blantyre on 21 February 2018 ruled that the 1.7 billion Kwacha corruption case involving Former President Dr Bakili Muluzi can continue in the constitutional court, throwing out the application the defense made on the inconsistence of some sections in the Corrupt Practices Act and the Constitution of Malawi.
