This follows the team’s poor run in the league, resulting in the restructuring of the team’s technical panel.
The technical panel is now being headed by Bob Mpinganjira whereas Yasin Osman, who was the Head Coach at the start of the campaign, is the Technical Director.
The 2017 Champions, who are perched on position 13 with eight points from six games, have lost twice and drawn twice in the campaign. They also lost 2-1 to Nyasa Big Bullets in the Airtel Top 8.
And speaking in an interview ahead of their two away assignments in Lilongwe, Kamwendo said they will do everything possible to collect maximum points this weekend.
While Manyozo, who is the captain for the Blantyre based side, said the players will fight tooth and nail to defend the title.
“We gave out our best and we were the better side against Bullets, but we just didn’t have the luck. We will not give up. We will pick ourselves up and continue from where we stopped. There are two more cups coming up and we have not yet given up on the league title defence campaign," said Manyozo jnr.
Meanwhile, the Super League of Malawi (Sulom) has revised week 11 fixture following the temporary closure of the Mzuzu Stadium.
The facility is being renovated in preparations for this year’s July 6 Independence Day celebrations which will be staged at the facility.
Wanderers, who were supposed to face off with Moyale and Mzuni FC in the North, will now play away to Kamuzu Barracks and Blue Eagles in Lilongwe.
Mzuni will travel to Karonga where they will host Silver Strikers at Karonga Stadium while Moyale will play away to Masters Security at Dedza Stadium.
Elsewhere, Dwangwa United will host league leaders Nyasa Big Bullets at Chitowe Stadium with Civil Sporting hosting Red Lions at Civo Stadium.
