Judge Silvester Kalembera leading a panel of five judges announced the date before adjournment of the first preliminary hearing of the matter on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Attorney General, Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda, said he is confident the case will be dismissed.
He told journalists after the hearing that reasons for dismissal will include that the aggrieved candidate was supposed to complain to court and not his party.
Charles Mhango, lawyer for DPP, says initially they had five witnesses to testify but have reduced the number to two.
They include Francis Mphepo and former Commissioner, Jean Mathanga.
