President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has admonished the Anti-Corruption Bureau Czar Martha Chizuma for lowering her guard in discussing sensitive  ACB issues with an unidentified individual.

Dr Chakwera in his address to the Nation evaluated Chizuma's capabilities in the fight against corruption and overall still gives her a higher rating saying she is fit for the job and together with other agencies will fight corruption to its root.
The Malawi leader has challenged those who were plotting Chizuma's downfall based on the viral clip to think twice.
Dr Chakwera  said this is the time every citizen of the country should be a the forefront to report and fight corruption. As such he has quashed the 'Amnesty' announced by Attorney General Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda saying there's a need to have a proper legal framework in place before implementing the amnesty.
In his address, the President  also announced that he has dissolved the cabinet and all minis rial functions should be referred to his office.
