The Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) on Thursday handed over money worth K1.5million, a certificate of recognition and trophy to the family of late comedia John ‘Izeki’ Nyanga, following the public broadcaster’s move to award the gifted actor and comedian posthumously during the 2019 Innovations Awards.

President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika on Friday launched an ambitious  $95 million (K71 billion) Agricultural Commercialization Project which among a litany of objectives is to empower farmers by providing good financing for investing in agriculture and  creating access to well-structured markets in order to give value to farmers’ produce.
