One of the members Francis Phiri, on Tuesday told Malawi News Agency (Mana) the trio will be on a launch tour which will start at 12 noon on Saturday, 5th September at Gymkana Club in Zomba and the following day at Sheffear ICA Marquee in Lilongwe.

Patrons at both venues will pay MK1000 entry fee, according to Phiri.

He added: “The likes of Mlaka Maliro, King James Phiri, Mighty POV and Ndirande Anglican Voices are expected to curtain-raise the two shows.

Others will include Favoured Martha, Evance Meleka, The Great Angels Choir, Kamuzu Barracks Gospel Singers and Peter 'uyu' Mulangeni.”

He said the DVD which was shot By Precious Chikatiko has eight videos which include the well- known Sanathana nane and Ndikhale Chotengera tracks.

Chimwemwe Changa CD was launched some two years ago in Lilongwe and Blantyre respectively.

Phiri further said that the launch has been organized in honour of himself and another member, Abel Sanena, who are both celebrating births of baby boys, respectively. The two married a month apart late last year.
