The President, in his keynote address at Milepa in Chiradzulu district after commission a K17 b water project that will see water woes end in three districts of Blantyre, Chiradzulu and Thyolo, said his 6 point development plan was:

.Safe water to all.

.Power to all communities.

.Tarmac roads.

.Hospitals in most areas and towns.

.Secondary schools in each 193 constituencies.

.Technical colleges in all constituencies.

“We want to bring development to all parts of the country, and not only in towns,” Mutharika said.

He said his DPP-led administration will continue to deliver what it promised in its manifesto.

“It's time to fulfill our development agenda,” he added.
