Madinga who also turn up for Malawi under 20 will leave Malawi for Georgia via Ethiopia for a football career in Europe.
Speaking with MBC, Wanderers’ outgoing Chairperson Gift Mkandawire confirmed the development.
“He has been given an outright two-year deal. He will leave the country on Tuesday through Ethiopia. At the moment, we are just waiting for tickets and we have been assured that it will be done today and we are wishing him well,” said Mkandawire.
Nomads have kept a tight lid on the transfer fee amount.
Madinga, netted more than five goals in the just ended 2019 TNM Super League season.
He joined the Lali Lubani outfit from Namiwawa FC.
He follows the footsteps of Yamikani Chester who was signed by a Czech Republican club, in 2018.
